Emma has been slowly absorbing a unique blend of e-commerce marketing, customer service, front-end development, conversion-rate and search engine optimization for the past four years. With a background in graphic design and photography and fluency in HTML, CSS, front-end JavaScript, and Liquid (Ruby on Rails), Emma brings a design-based perspective to e-commerce.
